Practice Areas: Ms. Ito has a broad range of experience in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and business transactions. Among other things, Ms. Ito has represented a seller in completing a sale of commercial real property with a multi-million dollar value. Ms. Ito's practice also focuses on real estate and business litigation, and bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Ms. Ito has pursued preference claims in adversary proceedings on behalf of the Chapter 7 Trustee in the case of In re Aloha Airlines, Inc. Ms. Ito also has experience in commercial real estate foreclosure, and judgment collection. Prior to joining WCV, Ms. Ito was a law clerk for Federal Magistrate Judge Leslie Kobayashi, and an associate at a mid-size Honolulu law firm.
